Role: Sales Specialist Reporting to : VP-Sales & Marketing Ideal Candidate: You are a dynamic self-starter who can hit the ground running as part of a high performing team. You are reliable and detail oriented yet you never lose sight of the big picture. You share a passion for our collective mission to build a Vertical SaaS category shaping product in Talent Supply Chain domain in IT services sector enabling them to build strong internal capabilities and a productive workforce.

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune / Kolkata


  • Develop and negotiate mid-market to enterprise level proposals and contracts
  • Develop sales opportunities and generate demo appointments from outbound prospecting.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting efforts in your assigned segment
  • Effectively and intelligently communicate the value proposition to target prospects.
  • Manage sales activity and drive the pipeline to meet KPIs & quarterly performance targets.
  • Leverage data to provide weekly sales forecasts and projections reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide feedback and ensure a smooth implementation process once new accounts are onboarded


  • MBA from a premiere Institute preferred.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Sales experience in enterprise HR/B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven ability and track record of driving and closing sales.
  • A self-starter with high energy, initiative and motivation.
  • Experience in managing CXO level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
